Our technicians will test the carpet for urine with our urine sensors to find the affected areas. Then we pour an enzyme treatment on the carpet and into the pad where the urine is detected. We let it dwell for 20 minutes and then extract it out of the carpet with our high power truck mount machine. The urine and smell is removed and hopefully, nothing more has to be done. In severe cases, the carpet and/or pad must be replaced and the sub-flooring sealed. Our Technicians will be able to determine if this is necessary.
